Happy new year everyone!! 2013...wonder what it'll be like.

*Feel free to stop reading whenever u want, cuz this post is extra extra extraaa long*

I've started on this post like a week or so ago, just cuz every year, I do my timeline of events, and that takes a long time to go back and find out what i actually did. This post is actually really more of for me than for my readers. but yeahh.



This is how I'll remember what I did in my life; even all the little details. They make me smile or laugh and think back to the memories.

I'm typing up the first 4 paragraphs you see here, on December 31, 2012, at 4:41pm. The sky is a little bit light reddish, and light blue. The sun is setting for one last time...

It's 6:45pm and I'm starting to hear the first signs of fireworks ALREADY(:



2012 was fine. The one thing that left a strong impression on me in 2012 isn't the clothes I bought, the hot guys at school, nor the presents I got. I'm very thankful to have met a really good friend, we've become really close really quick. We're soo alike and I totally trust her on all my secrets.
Being friends with her is the highlight of my year 2012; Thank you L.Z for being there for me whenever I need someone to talk to.

I wanna give another thank you to M.L. Although we don't hang as much now, it still feels like we're really close..well @ least too me. I know I can trust you with anything, and I'm really glad we've been able to maintain this trust between us for so many years. <3

Lastly, thank you God, for helping me get through 2012. I don't even know if I believe in God, but I do believe everything happens for a reason, and maybe God is the reason behind all this. I really don't know.

Whatever it is, thank you for letting 2012 be a bearable year.

Personally, I also think I've matured a lot this year.
Especially the trip back to Taiwan in August. I use to be the smallest on my dad's side until my cousin gave birth to 2 kids; one female (1?)and one male(3 yrs old). 2 years ago, the male was born, and even when I went back to Taiwan I'm still spoiled, the center of attention, you name it. But not anymore. This time I went back, the female was born. And it's as if magically, in 2 years I've became a distant relative. 



My older cousins, the ones around 20-30 years old use to fool around with me, tease me, but they've stopped. The family members that use to love putting food into my bowl every minute stopped. They treat me like an adult. And I'm just not use to that.

I'm not jealous of my baby cousins, because I love them very much too. The 3 year old plays with me and thinks of me as one of his centers of attention.
But idkk...something just isn't normal.

I also have another baby cousin (3 year old Taylor) from my mom's side.



I use to like hanging out with cousins from my dad's side better than the cousins on my mom's side. (though i love both sides very much). But this time, I loved hanging out with both sides equally the same., maybe even leaning towards mom's side... Maybe cuz my cousins from mom's side's age are closer to my age. And we can talk about boys, asian celebs, sing asian songs (they have this litttle KTV/ TV thing that has songs, and videos on it) on their cars everytime we rode in it.

I'm taking on more responsibility, and I'm no longer the little girl my relatives once loved to tease and mess around with. They treat me as if I'm an adult, and I have to face it maturely.

Okay, back to 2013. I just hope that all my loved ones and I will be safe, healthy, and happy. And I hope that God will be here to help me get through 2013 peacefully and healthily. Maybe with a little bit of luck, I might even win  Mr. Saturn's heart(;

Merry Christmas to anyone that will come across this post, whether you're a long time reader, or just happen to come across this post on your search engine. I really don't have much to say so I'll keep this post short. I actually really want a white Christmas, but that's probably not gonna happen. Whateverr..


I've never gotten so much gifts for Christmas before, this is the first year. Well, I guess that's cuz half of them come from my friends at school. I hope you guys have fun opening up presents and spending a great time with your loved ones. Stay warm, safe, and have fun!

I woke up this morning, and i was superr excited to open it all up. It was soo fun unwrapping them. Even though I had an idea of what was gonna be inside the wrapping paper, my friends still surprised me(:
I lovedd everything! And like i said earlier, this REALLY is the first year getting so many presents.

• superr warm gloves (from family friend)
• New Moon DVD, cocoa powder, candy (from B.W and M.W)
• $15 (parents)
• Delicious snacks& $15 starbucks giftcard (Chinese school)
• Holiday treats (Rachel N_ai)
• Bracelet (from Jenna S.)

What i did today:

• woke up, open presents
• watched Ted and ate breakfast/lunch with bro (spaghetti)
• listened to taylor swift CD (red), jj lin CD.
• play piano for fun(:
• ate dinner
• comp. stuff

not that much stuff, but somehow i feel quite happy today, well at least i didnt feel that it was boring. I guess Christmas is a magical day, filled with happiness.

Woke up, ate breakfast/lunch. Emily C.(family friend)'s mom and her came to pick us up, then went to pick another shi gu up (Howard S.'s mom). she gave us both a goody bag with asian food in it :D

Anyways, we drove to Northgate Mall to volunteer for this gift wrapping thing, to raise money for kids with cancer.

So we just wrapped presents for people, and yeahh. It was actually pretty fun. And i gained more gift wrapping experience, now I want to re-wrap the presents I had previously wrapped for my friends..



There was this old lady that donated extra money. Then she needed some help to bring her wrapped presents to her car (cuz they were extra huge) so me and E.C helped her to her car. and before we left, she pulled out a 20 dollar bill and told us to go spend it yourself, don't tell our parents, thanks for helping her and yeahh. dangggg soo freaking nice.

we decided that we couldn't let our parents figure out we had 20 bucks, so we decided to buy something small, so we could just stuff it in our pocket and not let them know.

Lip gloss we bought with the money the nice lady gave us(:

So then, EC and I went back, told them we had to go to the bathroom, and went to Bath & Body Works. There was a buy 2 get 1 free for lip balm/gloss. so we each picked out one, (turned out that we had picked the same lip gloss) and then she picked another one. She kept the extra lip balm and i kept the extra change. (we did all this in like around 5 min. so it'll actually seem like we went to the bathroom) then we went back wrapping presents happily. What a nice grandma(:
It's like a Christmas present we bought for ourselves, thankss lady.

Then at like 4, we carpooled with the same people back home. EC's mom went to work, and left EC with us. EC and I shared with each other the people we liked. (hehe xD) then another family friend (different one) came and we went to a chinese restaurant together. Full(:



Then came back, EC and I were on Youtube watching videos my friend, LZ linked me. and then we found ourselves clicking on related videos to view more short movies/dramas (around 5 min. long).

EC's mom came to pick her up at around 9:30.

Today was so fun(:

Now I'm just relaxing in my PJ's blogging, and listening to JJ Lin, Mayday,(band), Louis Koo, etc(:

Ohh i also got hello kitty slippers from EC's mom. And got a pair of superrrrr comfy and warm gloves from the family friend that we ate dinner with. My bro got batteries and some lights for his bike. They're soo nice(:

Geometry-Ian (Ms. W's bf) came today!! everyone was surprised since she didnt tell us b4hand.
Lunch-best thing happened. i'll describe that down there.
English- started a movie, and also finished notes on holocaust timeline.
Bio- test was really easy. have a feeling we're switching seats 2morrow.

so now at lunch.

so i was throwing my trash away cuz i saw saturn in the distance about to walk this way. so then i threw my trash away and i was wondering if i should turn towards him and do our usual thing or turn and walk away.

 b4 i could do anything he called out "yo miranda, do u have time to do a survey?" and i was like DYING on the inside. i was thinkinng "i have all the time for youuu." but anyways so then we moved to the side, to this table in front of where i sit, and theres no one on that table so we just stood by the edge. so he did this survey on me and his voice is like SUPERRRR low so i couldnt even understand his first few words, it took time to get use to. anyways so he asked something like do i no what a drive thru bobbba is and i couldnt understand so i was liek umm no. and then i realized i do, but i was like whatever, just went along with it. and then he went thru his questions, and there was a back too. and then i kept looking at my frds cuz i was nervous and they were all liek damnn surprised. and then after that i went to my friends, made sure he left and started screaming.

OMG <33 best Monday ever. I was reallyyy surprised though. Seriously, the last thing I expected was for him to call out to me like that <3

I hope he doesnt read this blog, im gonna die.

Definitely the best Christmas present ever. Well, the gifts my friends [are gonna] give to me will be awesome too, but this is idkk different. It's something money can't buy. Thank you God, for this fate, for this experience <3

Noww, there COULD be another present that would be wonderful! TVB's 2013 calendar! Deadline of the drawing was 11 min. ago (9:00pm) I really reallyyyyy wanna win it. Pleasee pleaseee pleaseeeee God. Pleaseeeeee. It's just something that would be really meaningful, pleaseeee.

And if i could get that, which seems a little too good to be true (but i must stay positive, anything is possible, and i definitely have a chance to win it), it would be the most meaningful present. Since TVB really is meaningful to me. All the actors and actresses <3 the company has become part of my life.

Hmmm i think it'd actually make more sense to switch the best christmas present and the most meaningful around, since the Saturn one is something money cant buy, so it'll be meaningful, but whatever. they're both meaningful.

Anyways, please God, lemme win this calendar. Pleasee.
