Smells
Still not finished with the Youth Camp post. I finished typing up all the juicy details of each day, but I still need to type about my feelings of everything that happened.
It's getting less hot each day, and the days are getting shorter too. It's like overcast weather with sun peeking out now and then. Sometimes when the wind blows, I would smell the scent of Taiwan. Not in terms of food. but when you breathe in and it's this scent of ohh i don't know how to explain.
Recently I've been having this
craving for asian food, more specifically, korean/japanese/taiwanese food. I looked up like 5 different food blogs about korean bbq in taiwan. and I've watched like 5 episodes of 型男大主廚. And I just followed like 3 different taiwanese blog on tumblr and bookmarked like 3 others. And I was just browsing through foodie Instagram accounts this morning too. What's wrong with my recent obsession of food!!
I'm all caught up on
拆局專家, but only on like ep 4 of 樓奴.
School starting soon :( I'm not ready to begin homework and tests and sitting in classrooms and ranting about teachers. sighh.
Also not ready for sat and act and college apps and
I'm just not ready to grow up.
Ohh, sent bro
back to WSU last Sunday. Wow, it's been exactly a week already. I'll talk briefly about that I guess. So on Sunday morning we set off to Idaho. Ate at this China Buffet. Price was great, except food wasn't really...not complaining though, cuz the price was cheap. I wasn't feeling too well though, so I didn't eat a lot, which I REGRET.
Then we went to Winco to look around, and then checked in to our hotel. And then we just chilled in the hotel (i slept a lot) until like 6ish where we visited
University of Idaho. We drove into campus and drove by the golf course and then visited their botanical garden cuz we didn't know where to go anyway. (Mom wouldn't stop talking on the phone!)
After that, went back to hotel and I was a bit hungry, cuz I didn't eat that much for lunch, so bro drove us to McDonalds. Mom and Dad stayed in hotel. And we got 4 burgers and freaking McDonalds is so expensive now. sighh...
After burgers, some chips that we brought from home. And then I showered, and then we watched 住左邊住右邊. I've been watching 1 episode of that every night...
And then sleep.
Next morning, breakfast. And then bought some groceries from Winco for bro. Then drove back to Washington, to WSU and put bro's luggage in his frat house. And then we drove to see bears! Yes, there's bears @ WSU. We coincidentally went at the perfect time because the workers let them out of their cage to walk around and eat grass and one of the medium sized bears had an itch on his back I guess so he stood up on 2 and rubbed his back all over the cage. So cute!!
There were like 4(?) bear cubs, but they weren't let out of their cage yet.
Then bro showed us some other stuff until lunch time. We ate at this chinese restaurant which was fine, then dropped bro back at his frat house and then we drove back home.
Short trip.
Ok that's it.
