Actually soo busy with AP tests coming veryyy soon, but this is so important and reallyyyy worth mentioning so I have to make a fangirl post about this.

So, this year for UW Carnival, they invited Magic Power魔幻力量, and when I first heard about this I was totally like yeahh I need to go.

They were in L.A before this for 2 weeks. Last day in L.A. they went to USC for an event like ours but theirs costed money, ours is free :D (unless you wanna buy VIP tickets) anyways, they flew to Seattle Sat. morning. and last night (plane at 1-2am, unless they flew on another airline that's not Eva Air, but thats not likely), they flew back to Taipei. Actually, they're still flying. So they were here for less than 24 hours.

So yesterday, S.L. and I got there at 5pm and L.L came a little later.
Sort of walked around and then when L.L came we took some selfies. and then we situated at the grassy area in front of the stage 30 minute before MP came on stage.

When S.L and I first got there, we thought there weren't as many ppl as we thought, but when MP went on stage, and you're in the front area of the stage, then you realize there's more people than you had thought. Overall though, there were't THAT many people but still crowded at the stage.

We were lucky to be close to the front. Besides the VIP area all the way in the front, we were about the 2nd or 3rd row from the front. And honestly, it was actually pretty close. And I had a good view, no super tall person blocking my view. which is good. They sang for around 2 hours? 6:30 to like 8ish i guess. Knew every song they sang, but there were a few I wasn't familiar with. 嘎嘎 is soooooooo hawt, esp. when he bites his lips. ohhmyy *faint*
and 廷廷is so swaggy. and 凱開 is sooooo cute. when they introduced themselves, he had the BEST intro. And he spoke in English for his whole intro (they spoke in Chinese the whole time), and it was just soooo cute. He was like "Let me think....I am handsome...etc." soo cute. and then he got off stage and hugged this African American woman and then high fived the front ish row. I stuck my hand out but he didnt get me.
鼓鼓 is dayum fine.
and 阿翔 couldn't see him well cuz he stays in the back playing his drums. at the end of the performance he threw his drumsticks and honestly, I was one hand away from getting that stick. This other woman, who was a little bigger in size snatched it off the ground. SO CLOSE THOUGH UGH.
and 雷堡 is good rocking on stage on his guitar.

At the end of the performance, only the VIPs (tickets were like 52 bucks) could get pics with them. But even those pics were group pics, with other fans in it. They did like 5 fans at a time. And the rest who weren't VIPs couldnt get pics. and so what my friends and I did, we stood in front of the area where they fenced off, and we took selfies with them as the background and L.L was trying to set up her selfie stick, but we were all rushing, scared that they'd be done taking group pics. Thinking back now, we must've looked like a bunch of 三八s (hahaha) cuz we were literally allll the way in the front, and there were people behind us taking pics of them while we turned and tried to take selfies with them. And then this nice woman/girl asked if we needed help and she took some pics for us with them in the background.

After the group pic, they were escorted back into the HUB, but we ran to the road between the stage and the HUB and lined up and stuck out our hands for them to shake. The very first one that shook my hand (honestly, everything went by so fast, its pretty much a blur), I don't really remember who it was..i think 雷保(?) shook my hand. Ohh i was at the front of the line, most towards the HUB. and he did like a full on handshake. LIKE FULL ON. AND HIS HANDS WERE SOOOO WARM AND NICE. FULL ON WARM HANDSHAKE. I died. And then I got another one after that but I cant remember who!! was it 鼓鼓? or whoo? and then a 3rd one, but the 3rd one was barely a handshake, so let's just call that 2.5 handshakes. It was kinda weird tho, cuz thinking back now, I stuck out my left hand...and people usually shake hands using their right hand...whatever. Next time, gonna stick out both hands. 廷廷 and 嘎嘎 were just "cool" and didn't shook anyones hands :(

And then desperate fangirls like us (or maybe just me), we ran into the HUB building through another door (cuz i think the TOSA people are pretty strict). By now, most of the fans have dispersed. And we saw that they went up the 2nd floor and what we did, we went up the other flight of stairs and saw them in the distance and didn't know what to do. Cuz we couldn't go over there, TOSA people would've gotten mad. And then out of nowhere, 2 of them came out of the bathroom ON OUR SIDE. THEY WEREN'T ON THE OTHER SIDE WITH THE REST. Out came 廷廷 and 鼓鼓. AND I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO REACT CUZ WHO THE HELL WAS EXPECTING THEM TO COME OUT OF THE BATHROOM ON OUR SIDE?!?! and they only had 1 escort with them. So it was just us, 2 members and the escort right there. IT FELT UNREAL. IT FELT LIKE A BACKSTAGE MOMENT. And I didn't know what to do and I wanted to do something and everything happened soooo sudden. And then the escort passes by, and then 廷廷 passes by and all my brain could think of was "Hi!" and then L.L said hi after me. and 鼓鼓 turned to us, surprised and was like "Hello" and smiled. AHHHHHHHHHHHH. I must've sounded so stupid though.

And then they went back to the other side. And we spied on them the whole time. and they took like more than 5 group pics with the TOSA people :(
WHY CAN'T WE TAKE A PIC, WE FOLLOWED HIM ALL THE WAY HERE. We were like the only fans on the 2nd floor. On the first floor, there were like 5ish? other fans.
And then they went down the stairs, but they went down our way. So they crossed over to our side. Seeing this, we hurry and went to the stairs first and this women who was also walking downstairs (not a fan) probably had a good idea that we were fangirling and she smiled.

Anyways we went downstairs and went to where the other 4-5 fangirls were. and then the TOSA people escorted MP and their staff out to the parking lot. And of course, we followed. And they got on 3 separate cars. and i forgot who but one of the MP said "我們是先回飯店." i couldn't really tell if it was a question or statement or statement of confirmation I guess. And then they all boarded the cars. and the TOSA people went back and the fans went back. And us three stood there until the cars drove away and waved to them in their cars and they waved back!!

That's pretty much it.
When they were performing, i feel like people were so unenergetic compared to like what you would see in Taiwan or american concerts I guess.
And ohh this part when they talked, 嘎嘎 asked whos 單身 and then he was like 真的嗎? 從來沒談過戀愛嗎? and a lot of ppl have their hands down. and then this woman/girl she still had her hands up too I guess and 嘎嘎 called her on stage. SOOO DAMN LUCKY UGHH SO JEALOUS. and they talked for like 3-5 minutes. and then she shook 嘎嘎 and 廷廷's hands and went down and then they sang 我還是愛著你.

They uploaded a group pic onto their FB page cuz they took one with the audience, and I actually got into the pic!! We were pretty close in real life, but in pics, we look so far away :( I can actually see my face (not very clearly at all), but couldn;t see my friends face cuz people were blocking them.

First heard about them being guest performers exactly a week ago (Sunday) from L.L, so all this past week I've been on Spotify and been nonstop listening to their music literally everyday. Went from knowing them a little bit (from dramas and such, approx. 6-7 songs before this event) to 狂聽 their music, fangirling 6 days later. They have 4 albums, and I now know 97% of their songs in less than a week. Not only that, I went from only recognizing and knowing 嘎嘎 and 廷廷's names to being able to recognize the whole band and all their names. I seriously haven't fangirled for suchhhh a long time. And this is my first live fangirling event. Glad my first fangirling event was fangirling over such a hot band with some of the best people I could fangirl with.

I feel like I repeated myself in this post, but who cares.

When I woke up this morning (Sunday), the first thing I immediately thought of was "I miss them"...sighh. Everything really seemed too good to be true. and 2 hours passed by wayy to quick. I wanna go back to 24 hours ago and relive the whole experience. Sighh...give me a good week or so to recover from missing them.

overall, I had an amazing night. And I'm seriously so happy and so blessed to be able to experience this once in a lifetime (unless i spent a tonnnn of money) event. Totally free, and UP CLOSE(could never get this close in Taiwan with all those people) AND HANDSHAKES. free 2 hour of music and hotness. It was absolutely wonderful.
My very first celeb meeting/concert thing and it was AWESOME. Thank you MP for this [1st] experience.

This was held at a very interesting time of the year (stress is peaking because of AP tests). and I was able to spend a night totally forgetting about tests and stress. Thankful.

I think I could go on describing all other details for even longer, but I really gotta work on those stupid homework now. Back to reality, back to stress. Bye MP.
