Conditioning Day 1
Raining so hard right now.
Today, went to practice tennis with bro.
It was really tiring though, cuz i haven't really exercised since PE last year. Even though I have Racquet Sports right now, that doesn't really count you know what I'm saying?
Anyways, so practiced for 1-2 hours. At first I sucked reallyyy bad, then after some hits, I gradually picked it up. Still bad, of course. But not as bad...
Bro also made me run to get balls and all that...so tiring ugh. anddd after practice, he made me relay sprint up and down this hill 6 times. which was sooo tiring omg...especially after like 1-2 hours of tennis already. ohh geez...
well got plenty of exercise today.
gained like 3-4lbs since the last time i weighed myself. soo this will be good. need to cut down the fat or turn those into muscle.
i think the problem is that i keep eating
junk food like candy and chocolate and all that. I mean with
Christmas, then
Valentine's Day...ohhh so much sweets >.<
Really need to cut down on all that unhealthy food.
