**typed on Sunday, December 1st, but I will set the schedule date to Friday, and talk as if this was Friday.

Thanksgiving dinner went out okay. same people. same stuff...nothing much worth mentioning about.

black friday shopping with SN, SL, and Emily L, Katie H. K.H. came then left and EL came later on, after KH had already left.

so we shopped. I bought a sweater for $12, infinity scarf for $6, and long yoga pants for $9.80, all at Forever 21. Total cost added up to $30.44. Didn't spend that much. Didn't eat there at all either.

We were there for about 9 hours.




We also watched Catching Fire, and OMFG IT WAS AMAZINGGGG. soo freaking good.

Got scared once to the point where I actually jumped. I could hear SN jump in her seat too haha. the rest of the time it was just so intense and just wow. keeps you at the edge of your seat.

Favorite character is probably Finnick, played by Sam Claflin. OMFG SO HOTT. hottest guy in the film. Hotter than Peeta (played by Josh Hutcherson). sorry Peeta! Don't get me wrong, I like Peeta too, but omg Finnick is hot and more tough. like i feel like hes able to survive better.

movie went from 1:25-4:00, which was later than I had expected, but who cares.

after that, we shopped a bit more. then we went to Macy's to try on like 12 different dresses, which doesnt sound like a lot, but it actually is. SL and I were in the dressing room for a hour, whereas EL and SN left after about 15-25min. to eat. When they left, we totally split up. Anyways, so we tried on dresses, took a lot of pics.



then SL and I went outside to look at snowflake lane decorations and take lots of pics. it was soo pretty! then we went on skybridge to take some more pics and then saw the cast of the snowflake lane people. recognized a few here and there. some people were so nice! they say hi and were really friendly, and some just looked happy and smiley but barely glances at you.

we didn't realize that that day was opening night of snowflake lane. we decided not to stay until the performance though cuz that started at 7.



thats about it. very fun day. loveddd it. haven't had so much fun for so long. felt like i didn't buy enough clothes tho.

then when i got home, dad showed me letter from UW inviting me to apply for UW Academy, which is this thing where after sophomore year, I'd drop out of high school and go to UW.Which, Im not even gonna think about doing, because then I wouldn't get my high school diploma...

but i am gonna go to the info meeting later on though, since it is in the NHS theatre.

pretty proud of myself i guess..but then again, basically anyone that had like a 4.0 GPA last year got a letter. still, it made me happy(:


well thats it. 3 more weeks until Winter break!!! Have a nice week everyone!

When's the last time I posted? Like around a week ago? Sorry..i've been so busy. I think i say this everytime I post...

dont worry, once winter break comes, i'll post more often. GIF below is raining but actually, its been sunny these couple of days. sunny but FREEZING. we all know those kind of weather.

yesterday was a lot of fun(: in web publishing with the ppl i sit next to.

also yesterday went to Chinese/Spanish club with L.L and S.L. we stayed from 3-5ish. it was seriously soo funn. like i havent had that much fun hanging with ppl i dont know since uhh i dont even no how long ago.

there was a mexican dish and also freshly cooked dumplings. and arizona tea and apple juice. we played Mafia and then when only like 14ish ppl were left, and when the chinese teacher also left, we played truth or dare. (sat in a circle for both activities).

it was HILARIOUS okay? i repeat, HILARIOUS. soo much funn.

• guys going to girls bathroom and walking out while Tate was walking by LOL 
• and a guy dancing somewhat inappropriately with blindfold on with another guy. 
• scraping off a piece of gum from under the table with bare hands.

•  having a friend that has a crush on your boyfriend. 
• boobs, butt, hair, or legs. 
• minimum amount of money you'd take if you became [male] prostitute. 
• first thing you do when you wake up and find that you turned into a girl (for guys). 
• never have sex in your whole life or have sex with a person that has HIV and you can also have sex with other ppl after that. 
• etcc.

sooo much fun even tho we barely know them at all. i think it'd be better if it was like half the ppl there we knew, and half we didnt know. cuz yeahh its just better? idkk nonetheless, it was still really fun. and funny.

okay, next week is gonna be busy. test in chem, ap world, chinese. shakespeare monologue.

sighh...ohh and still on draft of vignette.

I woke up this morning with a dream. I dreamed that my friend that moved to Japan, M.T. came back for a visit without telling anyone. So just randomly in the hallway, she just appeared and she said "Hi Miranda!" and I was soo surprised but I ran up to her and we hugged and tears started coming out of my eye cuz I missed her so much. The hallways was the Ringdall hallway though, not the ones at NHS. anyways, then we went on water slides. which idk where they were located. could've been our school or idkk. but there were teachers there. so i think it was our school. so we got into our swim suits and went in the line and i was telling M.T how theres sooo much stuff I needed to tell her. then it was our turn and were about to go down the water slide but then i woke up.

sighh....I miss you M.T. woww what a dream...



Went to the eye doctor today. They had a lot of patients waiting already when i got there, and even quite a good amount when I left. It was a small office, with only one doctor and a receptionist but they had a good amount of customers.

This was my first time going to this eye doctor. I usually go to the one @ Seattle Children's because my eyes started going bad after cancer, so when they were questioning whether or not it was a side effect of my cancer I got an appointment with the eye department there @ Seattle Children's and so I've been going there ever since.



But, well, you know, and everybody knows Seattle Children's is a biggg hospital with large number of patients. So it's hard to get an appointment and since I dont wanna miss any school (u miss one class, and you wont understand a thing), my dad decided to take me to the one I went to today.

I had to wait 30min. before getting called by doctor. The whole appointment including waiting and everything took more than a hour to get done. The doctor was really nice though.



I actually like him better than my old eye doctor at Seattle Children's...but idkk the old one like she'll talk to you more than just about eyes. Like she'll ask about ur school related stuff, what you've been up to or whatever. She'll get more personal with you I guess. In a nice way though. And that makes me comfortable. But idkk I just feel that the doctor today was nicer.

Either way, I don't care which doctor checks my eyes.


Eyes got dilated as usual. Pupils are hugee as fudge..and they still are.




Today's Veteran's Day. Happy Veteran's Day! Thank you to all that served for our country. Your brave service is why and how the citizens of the US are still living here. Thank You <3

I'd go into more other stuff but I need to finish up hw now..

Theatre- play report, warm ups, then monologues

Chem/Assembly-assembly was okay. choir is gooood. Chem quiz, i think i did pretty good

Algebra 2- Got a freaking C on the hw quiz :/

English- "re-taking" the verbals quiz with her walking through the test with us.


Web Publishing-listened to indian classical music the whole period. it was pretty funny

AP Chinese-test and yeah

AP World- nothing much. Heffernan was in a really good mood so it was pretty chill.

This week has been extremely busy.



Last night I had quite a bit of hw, and had to study for 3 tests (chem, math, chinese), but then I also had to go see the school play. Urghh..

play was hilarious. The actors and actresses were amazing! Lasted until 10ish tho..later than i had expected. both caveman and charlie were there too.

On Thursday this week, I did my monologue. So my monologue is about supporting prom, and while we were performing them in groups i found out that my monologue was directly connected to his,(N.Z.) his being against prom. i think my lines come right after his.



so then he went, and after that, I thought I should go because it would make sense. So then I volunteered and i was super nervous when i got on the stage. but i didnt wear my glasses cuz i never wear glasses in theatre. and that was kinda good though cuz i can't see people's faces clearly.

Before we began, we had to say our name, our character and the name of the play. So I was like "My name is Miranda" and from the audience you can hear caveman say "AKA Ku-Lung's sister." :D

When I finally began to say my first few lines, idk why i just automatically look at N.Z. and his groups of friends (caveman and charlie). especially N.Z. because ours is connected. idk...its just that feeling u no. and even though I don't have my glasses on, I could see that the 3 of them were paying attention to me. (eye contact)

after i said first few lines ppl that were paying attention understood that it was from the same play.

Thankfully I didn't mess up. But I think I spoke a bit too fast. I want to slow down the pace a little to emphasize the pauses u no what i mean. But overall i think my blocking and memorization was pretty okay/good. so after that, another guy thats next alphabetically was suppose to say the stuff he saw me do that was good, But instead, Nonis asked N.Z. to critique mine, saying "it'd only make sense for N.Z. to do hers! It's not like a rebuttal or anything." And then N.Z. kinda chuckled(?) i guess. and then he said that I used the space well. (Like i didnt just stay in one place.) and good blocking. and that he could tell i was speaking to a large audience.













and then i got off the stage and i was kinda like shaking. it goes like this: SUPER scary before u get on stage. then after a few lines you can't think about it being scary or else you'll forget your lines, so its not bad. and then after ur done, ur scared what others think of ur performance.

so yeah afterwards was pretty scary too. but whewww im so proud of myself for going and volunteering, cuz seriously none of my friends went on thu. and only 1 of my friends went today.


i guess if you're all prepared with good memorization and good blocking you shouldn't be afraid. you have to show that you're confident even if your not. you gotta act like it. and people will think you're good.

Some other good things...only missed 1 question (2 pts) on Chapter 10(european christendom) and got 100% on chapter 11 (islam) for AP World. My first 100% for this class. I was sooo freaking happy.

On Thursday, I bought class sweats for $5. Original is like around $25-30, but since they wanna get rid of it, its extra cheap. I mean, where can you get a crew neck for $5. There were designs from last year and this year. The ones this year only had like big sizes left, so I got a crew neck design from last year. It still says 2016 anyways. Mustard yellow color is a no-no. but since everyone wears it its not that bad. Bought this with S.P, she got the same one.

thats about it.

some other happy things. Recently on Tumblr my posts have been getting a lot of notes (reblogs&likes). The most popular one having more than 2,000 notes and others ranging from 50ish to 500, 600 or 1,000. Followers also increased because of that. I've gained about 100 new followers just this week(: So happy!

Went to Little Sheep Hot Pot for dinner today. (小肥羊). We ordered a 鴛鴦鍋 where one side is spicy, the other plain. It was pretty good.




Ohh and today's mom's birthday. Except that she's in Taiwan. Happy birthday mom! (even tho she doesnt even no this blog exists)


so tired after this week, so glad theres a 3 day weekend. I need some time to breathe.

Chinese school today...boring as always.

Wind was super crazy today...glad the power didn't go out at my house.

Played "The Blockheads" on my phone for so long today. Haven't had any chance to play it during the weekdays. It's such an addicting game!!

I mean, it's not bad. Just not good either. It's in an average condition.
