Watched Finding Mr. Right/北京遇上西雅圖 last night with the family.

Worth it? YESSS. DEFINITELY. Watch it not because the character is hot (hes not) but watch it cuz its actually good.

Plot: 



Wen JiaJia (Tang Wei) is pregnant and she goes to Seattle from Beijing to stay while waiting for her child to come out (cuz she wants her child to be born in the US) Her bf already has a wife and all 3 of them knows that. JiaJia goes to Seattle with a credit card from her bf that will supply her with unlimited money. Her driver, Frank (Wu Xiu Bo) drives her to this center where pregnant ppl like JiaJia that's Chinese stays there. The center (which is the landlady's house) consisted of the landlady, and 2 other pregnant women. JiaJia does not get along with them.



JiaJia and Frank also gets closer and she learns that Frank is divorced with a little girl named Julie. Frank's family relies on the wife's income in Beijing. Frank was originally a pretty well-known doctor but had to immigrant with his daughter for the sake of his daughter's education.



JiaJia slowly accepts the people in the center and they become friends.

One day, JiaJia finds out that her bf is accused of a fraud in his business area and her unlimited card no longer works.

etc.etc.etc.

JiaJia with the help of Frank, lives to the day of her delivery. and the 2 establishes a relationship in which Julie (Frank's daughter) willingly accepts.
They live on happily until one day, JiaJia's bf's driver appears and asks JiaJia to go back to Beijing since his bf has now divorced his wife and he regained his possessions of $ and stuff.



Frank, Julie, and JiaJia are all in tears as JiaJia goes back to Beijing. At beijing, JiaJia is always bored in the house w/ nothing to do b/c her bf is so busy working and never spends time with her.

She finally realizes that that is not what she wanted and breaks up with her bf. then it is shown that she is living alone with her son, earning her own $ etc for 2 years.

Over at the US, Frank&Julie is in NY and Frank has an interview for a job to become a doctor again. He succeeds. Later, they go to the top of the Empire State building and Frank&Julie takes a pic and sends it to JiaJia (via Weibo)

JiaJia, coincidentally is also at the Empire State Building and tries to find Frank&Juliet. However, Frank&Julie already left the building...

JiaJia then sent a pic of her and her son also at the top of the building and sends it to Frank. Julie screams at Frank to get back to the building. and the couple finally reunites at the building<3

there's a lot more details then my plot. but yeahh. it's a pretty good movie.



Tang Wei is so pretty! and Wu Xiu Bo looks kinda old but gives off a mature and stabilizing man feeling.

I'd recommend you to watch this movie, it's pretty dangggg good. kinda long tho, but there's no point in the movie where you'll feel like its dragging. i swear.

Overall, i'll give it a 8.4/10.
