friend left today :((((((( sighhh....

dude today, exactly half of 2013 has gone by. today's the 180th day. so quick...

off to vacation tomorrow! flight is at like 7am ish, so gotta wake up at like 5 -.- omggg i dont no why im still up at like 11...gonna be so freaking tired tomorrow morning.

anyways, so probably will post very little to none this whole week.

today i went with family friend to like their friend's house. and we stopped at chinatown along the way. and we got bubble tea and it was run by canto ppl and they were playing one of Raymond Lam's song and i started freaking out o.O hehe



we also got some char siu! (is that how u spell it?) and some banh mi.

then at the friend's house omgg the husband is such a talented artist! his work can be seen around the condo since he made designs on the cupboards, wall, doors, etc. its like simple art but so good. like seahorses. and in the bathroom, the basin or sink or whatever, its has pennies in it. idk how to explain, but superrr cool.

so ate dinner there (the char siu fan and stuff) and then watched TV while adults talked. and now im here. pretty good day i guess.

omg forgot to mention when we were buying the char siu fan it was so embarrasing. cuz my family friend(the daughter) and I went to buy it and we didn't know how to say it in english. and it was just really embarrasing. and we were scared we'd say it wrong in chinese. and we asked the guy which is about 25ish(?) years old and my friend's like do u speak chinese? and hes like i speak cambodian. which is obviously a lie cuz he speaks canto.



and we were just standing there embarrasing ourselves and talking to the guy for like +5min. =.=

but the guy was really humorous and nice ^.^

okay i really gotta go to sleep now. bye bye!

Didn't do much today either...

Haven't really done anything since break started. Can't wait to go to Arizona on the 30th though!!

So far, I've been watching dramas, playing piano, and messing around with Photoshop.

I'm trying to catch up on "A Change of Heart"/好心作怪 (HK) only on episode 13 though...almost there..ish. It's a pretty good drama I think. in my opinion. It got me falling for Bosco all over again. ahhh <3 Bosco! and the ending theme song. OMFG. i loveeee the melody. it's actually my new fav. song.



okayy umm...I've also been watching Rice Family/飯糰之家 (TW) at night before sleeping. It's not as interesting, but it's like not bad to pass time when you don't wanna sleep. And it's very touching. and there's some cute actors and pretty actresses. So..yeahh.


Ohh..and I'm trying to write a song. I was listening to Ella Koon(官恩娜)'s song "Clear Cut"(乾脆俐落) and that gave me an inspiration to write my own song. idkk okay. don't judge. I was bored. Hopefully, I can complete it before school starts again :D



My song is kinda like a parody of the original.
First line of the chorus is the exact same melody and lyrics as the original song. 2nd line-similar melody, and similar lyrics. not exact same tho. and 3rd line and so forth is totally different- both melody and lyrics.

it sounds MUCH better when i play it though..cuz i mean...afterall, this IS a machine...
and i still might make changes to the left hand.

Spent today's afternoon hanging and messing with MT. lots of laughter as usual! Love that girl and love how comfortable I am around her(:

School (finally) ended yesterday! freshman year went by quite fast I gotta say.
And there's just so many things that will never be the same again..like one of my best friend moving away :/
okay..so..9th grade...




Classes:
Most useful class: Leadership
Least useful class: History
Funniest classes(not in order): Leadership, Geometry
Class I feel most comfortable in: Chinese
Tiredest class: Piano
Class where I can re-energize: PE
Easiest classes: Bio, English



Teachers:
Most understanding teacher: Kilcup(leadership)

Easy graders: Onishi, Bohlinger(bio)
Chill-est teachers: Onishi, Bohlinger, Williams(geometry)

i swear, i got all the good teachers this year.people complain about their english, geometry, and especially bio teacher. and im just like HEHE. Thank you God. For getting me the good teachers that can actually teach and help me learn.

Gonna miss those chill teachers so much. I want those 3 every year.

 Freshman year was just woww...i dont even no. I can still remember my first day of school. I was worried sick about getting lost and not having friends in my classes etc.

I've learned a lot of valuable lessons this year. Especially cuz of Leadership class. And I've learned a lot about friends and friendship and who people really are once you get to know them. And I've found myself. Found who I really am on the inside; my identity...



Like..my dream occupation. That's part of who I am. Yet, I'm too scared to admit what i wanna be when i grow up b/c im scared people will make fun of me. Maybe one day, I'll have enough courage to proudly say what I wanna be in the future.

Someday, I'll be able to say what I wanna be. For now, this is as close as it gets.

Overall, freshman year was great. Def. some bad stuff, but I have REAL caring friends that are there when I need them.

Speaking of that, one of them is moving to Japan :/ I can't even believe it. It's just too sudden. I can't process this. I keep thinking that it's just a dream, and this is not real. I don't know when I can see her again, I don't know when I'll be able to talk to her face to face, when I'll be able to hug her, when I'll be able to laugh with her again...

Everything's happening too fast.

Life really is too short...and time really passes by too fast. If I had the choice, I'd go back to the beginning of freshman year and start all over again. If I could choose, I'd stay in freshman year forever...no worrying about jobs, family, partners. But I can't. And the only thing I can do is be what I wanna be and be who I really am.

Watched Finding Mr. Right/北京遇上西雅圖 last night with the family.

Worth it? YESSS. DEFINITELY. Watch it not because the character is hot (hes not) but watch it cuz its actually good.

Plot: 



Wen JiaJia (Tang Wei) is pregnant and she goes to Seattle from Beijing to stay while waiting for her child to come out (cuz she wants her child to be born in the US) Her bf already has a wife and all 3 of them knows that. JiaJia goes to Seattle with a credit card from her bf that will supply her with unlimited money. Her driver, Frank (Wu Xiu Bo) drives her to this center where pregnant ppl like JiaJia that's Chinese stays there. The center (which is the landlady's house) consisted of the landlady, and 2 other pregnant women. JiaJia does not get along with them.



JiaJia and Frank also gets closer and she learns that Frank is divorced with a little girl named Julie. Frank's family relies on the wife's income in Beijing. Frank was originally a pretty well-known doctor but had to immigrant with his daughter for the sake of his daughter's education.



JiaJia slowly accepts the people in the center and they become friends.

One day, JiaJia finds out that her bf is accused of a fraud in his business area and her unlimited card no longer works.

etc.etc.etc.

JiaJia with the help of Frank, lives to the day of her delivery. and the 2 establishes a relationship in which Julie (Frank's daughter) willingly accepts.
They live on happily until one day, JiaJia's bf's driver appears and asks JiaJia to go back to Beijing since his bf has now divorced his wife and he regained his possessions of $ and stuff.



Frank, Julie, and JiaJia are all in tears as JiaJia goes back to Beijing. At beijing, JiaJia is always bored in the house w/ nothing to do b/c her bf is so busy working and never spends time with her.

She finally realizes that that is not what she wanted and breaks up with her bf. then it is shown that she is living alone with her son, earning her own $ etc for 2 years.

Over at the US, Frank&Julie is in NY and Frank has an interview for a job to become a doctor again. He succeeds. Later, they go to the top of the Empire State building and Frank&Julie takes a pic and sends it to JiaJia (via Weibo)

JiaJia, coincidentally is also at the Empire State Building and tries to find Frank&Juliet. However, Frank&Julie already left the building...

JiaJia then sent a pic of her and her son also at the top of the building and sends it to Frank. Julie screams at Frank to get back to the building. and the couple finally reunites at the building<3

there's a lot more details then my plot. but yeahh. it's a pretty good movie.



Tang Wei is so pretty! and Wu Xiu Bo looks kinda old but gives off a mature and stabilizing man feeling.

I'd recommend you to watch this movie, it's pretty dangggg good. kinda long tho, but there's no point in the movie where you'll feel like its dragging. i swear.

Overall, i'll give it a 8.4/10.

Comp is being really slow today so I'm typing this up on phone.

Filmed the last day of Romeo and Juliet today. Spent like a hour just on the part where L.O (mercutio) dies. Then spent a bit more than a hour to film intro and ending.

We had to change into other costumes cuz we were doing different roles and I got to be juliet.
K.C., L.O, and K.L's costumes were hilarious and I serously couldn't stop laughing when saying my line to K.L. goshhh when we watch it in class I'm just gonna be stupidly trying to hold in laughter HAHHAA I'm laughing right now.

Geometry EOC on Wed. And. Bio EOC on Thu. On sat. I didn't turn on my comp. at all and studied all night.

Ohh speaking of sat. That day was the last day of in class Chinese, next sat is the graduation ceremony at NHS. So I got this big card with our class group photo and signatures inside and a 25 dollar gift card for 4 differ. Restaurants where u can choose. Thankss!
