My Witness Report*:

For quick, short version, see below...

So then the bus driver and the lady in the car talked, and this old guy that also knew the lady came and got involved in the situation. We blocked up the road( it wasn't a main road) so the old guy served as a traffic person for a while, it was funny lol. And then the cops came, oops sorry, i meant cop. Just one. And when the cops walked out of the police car and came towards the bus, WE ALL SCREAMED LIKE LITTLE KIDS AND SCRAMBLED TO OUR SEATS (we were standing up, of course, trying to see everything going on on the outside) IT WAS HILARIOUS. OMGG, U SHOULD'VE BEEN THERE. WE WERE ACTUALLY SCREAMING AND YELLIING. Ohh then one of the BSD people came. And she got involved.ahh~ this still makes me smile(: 

and then CL called Kirby*** and CL was like where's the bus and blah blah. cuz by then it was already like 8:05 or something, and Kirby said that we were in a car accident. Then we went back to looking at what was going on on the outside.  CL called several times after that, and also bus 12 went and picked up the ppl at the 3rd and 4th bus stop. They got to school at about 8:25ish. On the other side, we were still on the bus. 

The 8th graders in the back were just talking and laughing and having a good time. Then the bus driver came in and told us we had to fill out this seating chart thing, basically we just write our names on a paper that had a bus seating chart thingy. We were like: "are we gonna be witnesses?" haha. Ohhh then that old guy I mentioned up there, he took out a cigarette and started smoking. He didn't even care about the kids in the bus. I mean, we could be 1st graders. WHAT A BAD EXAMPLE. SHAME ON YOU. 

Then our bus circled around the church or private school (i really dont no) and while that was going on, other cars could pass through and the cop can get the story first from the white van's point of view without the presence of our bus driver, then the cop came to our side, and asked the bus driver about our side of the story. Then we saw a mom standing like 20 steps away from the bus, cuz someone had called their mom. And then we finally took off for school at like 8:50 maybe? Don't really know. 

We got there maybe at like 8:57? And then all of us went into the attendance office to sign in. It was ULTRAAAA CROWDED, Mr. Miller, Mr. Peterson, Ms. Hook were all standing up and just watching us sign in. Me and Kirby were the last ones, and Ms. Hook asked me some questions, and then Mr. Miller asked us some questions, just really short, quick ones though. Then me and Kirby went to the orchestra room and then went to our locker, and finally went to LA, we got into LA at 9:02 (exact time. I remember looking at the clock and stuff). 

I hate going into the classroom in the middle of class, everyone just stares at you. Anyways, then Ms.Z said hi and we went to our seats. At the end of class, she said that she was glad we were okay. WHEWWW, what an eventful morning...on FRIDAY THE 13TH. probably the most eventful friday the 13th i've ever had.
